Namirial Gmbh, a fully owned subsidiary of Namirial SpA, has acquired all assets of xyzmo Software Gmbh and SIGNificant Signature Solutions Gmbh.

Both Namirial and xyzmo/SIGNificant focus on addressing the fast growing business needs of organisations conducting secure digital transactions, a market that according to Aragon Research will grow from US $500-700 million in 2014 to $30 billion by 2020. Furthermore, a new Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council on electronic identification and trust services (eIDAS) standardizes and promotes e-signature adoption across the region.
With the combination of Namirial and the xyzmo/SIGNificant solutions, the Company is going to announce an omni-channel DTM solution legally compliant throughout the European Union that allows its clients to conduct business transactions, anywhere, anytime and on any device and helps companies transitioning to fully digital processes.
