Unibail-Rodamco completes the disposal of the 2-8 Ancelle office building

Further to the agreement (promesse de vente) entered into in December 2015, Unibail-Rodamco announces the completion of the disposal of the office building located 2-8 rue Ancelle in Neuilly-sur-Seine (Paris region) to a joint-venture between ACM Vie SA and funds managed by Amundi Immobilier. The total acquisition cost[1 (#_ftn1)] is €270.8 Mn.

The 2-8 Ancelle property is a fully refurbished 17,200 m² office building, let to CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre for a 12-year firm period. This asset benefits from an excellent location between La Défense and the Central Business District of Paris. It allows an efficient use of space thanks to its flexible floor plates and has been BBC, BREEAM and HQE certified.

In this transaction, conducted by BNP Paribas Real Estate and Stratégies & Corp, the acquirer was advised by Me Miara (Thibierge & Associés) and the vendor by Me Ginisty (SCP Ginisty, Blanchet, Leroy-Demoulins, Hébert).
