Total Group, a leading IT Support provider, have collaborated with IT Skillsman to hire a Microsoft IT Apprentice in a Technical Sales role.
Connor Papp joins Total Group as part of the IT Technical Sales Apprenticeship, where he will receive Microsoft training and accreditation through online learning and practical, hands-on experience at Total Group. Connor brings a genuine desire to learn, the ability to work as part of a team and can communicate effectively as first-line telephone response to all inbound sales calls.
Formerly with Pitney Bowes as a Systems Engineer, Connor also brings a blend of technical understanding with excellent customer service skills to qualify opportunities and scope complex requirements to deliver success for our customers.
