PJSC "Magnit" Announces the 1^st Coupon Yield Payment

Krasnodar, May 11, 2016: PJSC "Magnit", Russia's largest food retailer (the "Company"; MOEX and LSE: MGNT), announces the 1^st coupon yield payment against bonds of the BO-001P-01 series.

Please be informed that today PJSC "Magnit" fulfilled its obligation of the first coupon redemption against bonds of the BO-001P-01 series in the amount of 558,500,000 rubles.
