Another busy day at SNEC in Shanghai, China, as more products were unveiled, more partnerships strung up, and more trends in the industry detected. Lots of the Chinese PV manufacturers were out in force and making interesting moves in the market. The Solar Superheroes remained out in force to continue their campaign of returning coal underground. Snapshots of day two Chinese PV module manufacturer and subsidiary of Longi, Lerri Solar, unveiled its latest mono-crystalline module, the Hi-MO1. The impressive module has much decreased light induced degradation (LID) that does not go above 1.5% and can, in some instances, be below 1%.
