The content available on Juptr.io consists of RSS feeds from its content partners: publishing, journalistic, YouTube and blog sources in both German and English. With Juptr, content partners can extend their reach, and gain new readers. Juptr not only displays the content on Juptr.io, but also links to partner websites. In addition, Juptr gives partners 20% of its revenue, therefore sharing the start-up's success. Content partners can also publish their own articles directly on Juptr.io. This way, they benefit from the network effects that the platform offers. In addition, content producers can offer paid content in the future and sell their content, for example to companies, under transparent conditions on the first free content marketplace Juptr KonteXt. This way, publishers as well as blog writers and journalists receive fair compensation for the utilisation of their content.
Juptr.io for Companies
For marketers, Juptr is a platform to position their content marketing. It gives them the opportunity to create branded channels for their company by providing curated, highly relevant content, mixed with branded content for their target groups. Other than classic online advertisement such as banners and pop-up ads, which are usually being perceived as annoying by users, the content being presented in branded channels offers added value for users. This type of channel also enables user led discussions about the content and can be shared across all social networks. This way, companies can extend their reach to customers within the context of their interests. And in the future, they will be able to add premium content to their feeds, generated via Juptr KonteXt. Team of Founders with Plenty of Industry Experience
The Juptr founders are a team of four experienced entrepreneurs from the areas digital marketing, software engineering, machine learning and big data. Together with Rüdiger Möller, former solution architect at the German Stock Exchange Frankfurt, and Adam Dreessen, IT consultant and software architect, Jan Steinbach and Uwe Freese both formerly in leading roles at Havas Group founded Juptr GmbH in 2015.
