Elian Acquisition Update
All Regulatory Approvals Obtained, Transaction Closing by End of September
Amsterdam - September 13, 2016 - Intertrust N.V. ("Intertrust" or "the Company") [ticker symbol INTER] a leading global provider of high-value trust and corporate services, announces that all regulatory approvals required for completion of the Elian acquisition have now been received. The transaction is expected to close as previously announced in September 2016. Subsequently, the integration process will commence as planned, including management structure, financial consolidation, system integration, joint commercial market approach, co-location of employees in the 10 jurisdictions in which Intertrust and Elian both have a presence, and rebranding of Elian to Intertrust.
