This is the second year the Agile-1 has been included in this prestigious list and the first year to be named in the Healthcare category.

Editors of the magazine utilize a mathematical algorithm to weigh questions and then analyze results across three subcategories: service breadth, deal size and quality of service. Rankings are based on these scores as well as an overall score.
