It's no secret that prices across the solar industry are tumbling. Mainly a result of global price pressure, the latest company to feel the burn of the falling prices is SMA Solar Technology, who has now been forced to adjust its financial forecast for the year. It is not catastrophic for the tier-one inverter manufacturer, dropping its revenues forecast from between EUR 950 million and EUR 1,050 million down to between EUR 900 million to EUR 950 million. It is also adjusting its forecasted EBIT from between EUR 80 million to EUR 120 million to between EUR 60 million and EUR 70 million.
