Hevel says it has upgraded its production from thin-film to crystalline modules.Singulus Technologies has successfully tested the new processing facilities for the production of high-performance modules at Russian firm, Hevel Solar. The German company delivered the machines from the type SILEX II to the PV manufacturer at the end of last year, Singulus said on Wednesday.
