Stolt-Nielsen Limited: Stolt-Nielsen Limited Board Recommends Final 2017 Dividend

LONDON, February 7, 2018-Stolt-Nielsen Limited (Oslo Børs: SNI) announced today that the Company's Board of Directors recommended a final dividend for 2017 of $0.25 per Common Share, payable on May 9, 2018 to shareholders of record as of April 26, 2018. In accordance with the normal settlement practice, the shares will trade ex-dividend on and after April 25, 2018 (one business day prior to the April 26, 2018 record date). The dividend, which is subject to shareholder approval, will be voted on at the Company's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for April 19, 2018 in Bermuda. If approved by the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, this will bring the full dividend for 2017 up to $0.50 per Common Share.
