PSA/DNA Returns to Paid, Inc.'s Rotman Auction for Second Sports Autograph Authentication and Buying Day, July 17th

WORCESTER, Mass., July 14 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Building on the success of its first Autograph Authentication and Sports Collectibles Buying Day on May 16, Paid, Inc.'s (BULLETIN BOARD: PAYD) Rotman Auction is hosting a second Sports Autograph Authentication and Collectibles Buying day with PSA/DNA on July 17th, 11a.m. - 4 p.m. at Rotman Auction, 4 Brussels St., Worcester, Mass. Owners of autographed sports, entertainment, historical and political memorabilia can have their autographed items authenticated by one of the world's foremost autograph experts -- PSA/DNA's Jimmy Spence. Additionally collectors can sell non-autographed or autographed memorabilia and collectibles of all types for CA$H to Rotman Auction.

Babe Ruth Signed Baseballs Valued at $12,000 Plus

At the May 16th event, avid sports collectors brought more than a hundred items for authentication by PSA/DNA and several of them were pleasantly surprised to discover their items were far more valuable than anticipated. Jimmy Spence examined and deemed authentic a New York Yankees team-signed Jersey, a Ted Williams-autographed Red Sox Jersey and two Babe Ruth autographed baseballs whose value he estimated at more than $12,000.

Other collectors took advantage of Rotman Auction's Buying Day as an opportunity to sell their long-held sports items. Rotman Auction purchased a vintage Connie Mack signed baseball with a book value of $1500-2000, as well as items signed by a wide variety of athletes ranging from Tiger Woods to Larry Bird.

Autograph Authentication Day

As a means to enhance the value of their autographed memorabilia and ensure their authenticity, memorabilia, collectors can submit autographed items for authentication by Jimmy Spence, lead authenticator for PSA/DNA.
