Levis, Jan. 23 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- DEQ Systems Corp. (TSX-V: DEQ), Earle G. Hall, President & Chief Executive Officer, announced today the nomination of Mr. Paul M. Omohundro to the position of Chief Operating Officer of its subsidiary DEQ USA. Mr. Omohundro's arrival begins the roll out of DEQ's North American commercialization plan for its product lines including its electronic auxiliary systems.
Before joining DEQ, Mr. Omohundro was the Director - Global Table Game Sales, and prior to that, Director - Table Games Business Development at Progressive Gaming International Corporation (PGIC). Mr. Omohundro was responsible for new game and technology development, as well as product management and marketing, where he most recently led the development of and subsequent sales of the successful Texas Hold'Em Bonus Poker(TM) table game. As well, Mr. Omohundro played a key role in bringing progressive table games to the California market.
Mr. Omohundro stated: "DEQ is perfectly situated to lead its niche in the gaming industry in the 21st Century with its table game electronic auxiliary systems, and growing line of innovative products. Prior to joining PGIC, Mr. Omohundro worked as a Master Systems Technician for Station Casinos.
