CALGARY, Jan. 11 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Guest Tek Interactive Entertainment Ltd., ("Guest Tek" or "the Company") (TSX:GTK), Following the Company's annual meeting of shareholders on January 9, 2008, Guest-tek announces that the Company's shareholders elected Kelly Blake, Tadashi Ishihara, Arnon Levy, Naohiro Sato, Stephen Verhoeff, and Masuo Yoshimoto to Guest-Tek's board of directors. With the exception of Mr. Ishihara, all directors were previously on the board.
Mr. Tadashi Ishihara holds the position as an external director for M.P.Technologies, Inc. Mr. Ishihara has over 40 years experience in the hotel industry. Previously Mr. Ishihara held the positions of Executive Director and General Manager of Hotel Okura, and President and COO of Hotel Okura (Niigata, Japan). Presently Mr. Ishihara is President and CEO of Shiba Park Hotel. Currently he also holds a position as a committee member of promotion of tourism for Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport of Japan.
