In this role, Mr. Karyo will be responsible for leading the strategic direction and expansion of the IWON brand.

Before that, Mr. Karyo was President of Publishing, Executive Vice President, Operations and CIO for Marvel Enterprises, Inc. where he launched the first digital comic initiative with Marvel Comics and participated in the company's restructuring. Gui began his career as an electrical engineer at Lyrrus, Inc., a technology start up.
