The Extraordinary General Meeting of Rytu Skirstomieji Tinklai, held on
December 13, 2010, decided on a reorganization of Rytu Skirstomieji Tinklai and
VST. The latter organizations will end their operations as legal entities after
the reorganization by merging into LESTO AB, which will start functioning after
the reorganization and will take over the assets, rights and obligations of
Rytu Skirstomieji Tinklai and VST.
According to section 5 in the "Rules for the Construction and Maintenance of the NASDAQ OMX Baltic Equity Indexes", Rytu Skirstomieji Tinklai (RST1L, LT0000126385) will be removed from the OMX Baltic Benchmark index effective December 21, 2010.
Rytu Skirstomieji Tinklai will not be included into the new composition, which was announced on December 9, 2010 and which will become effective with the market open on Monday, January 3, 2011, either.
