(ECOB) and certain subsidiaries thereof in the United Stated District Court for the Southern District of New York, Index No.: 13 Civ 03220(PAC) on May 14, 2013. Terms of the settlement include release of all parties and dismissal of the action brought forth in the Southern District court of New York.
