At the annual general meeting of Speqta AB (publ), reg. no. 556710-8757 ("Speqta") on 25 May 2022 a reverse share split of Speqtas shares was resolved upon, whereby ten (10) existing shares will be consolidated into one (1) share. The meeting authorized the board of directors to determine the record date for the reverse share split. The board of directors of Speqta has today, by virtue of the authorization, resolved that the record date for the reverse share split shall be 10 June 2022.

9 June 2022
First day of trading after the reverse share split. As of this date, the share price reflects the effect of the reverse share split.
10 June 2022
Record date for the reverse share split.
Shareholders do not need to take any measures to participate in the reverse share split. As a result of the reverse share split, the ISIN code of the Speqta share will change. As of 9 June 2022, the share will trade with the new ISIN code SE0017937279.
Shareholders whose holding of shares on the record date is not evenly divisible with 10 will receive shares free of charge for the holding to be evenly divisible by 10. Equalization shares is provided by Euroclear Sweden AB, without the need for further actions by shareholders.
After the reverse share split, the number of shares in Speqta will amount to 6,591,772, with a quota value of approximately SEK 5 per share.
