("NFTG" or the "Company"), today announced that it has changed its name from NFT Gaming Company to Gaxos.AI and its ticker symbol from "NFTG" to "GXAI". The Company expects that its shares of common stock will begin trading on The Nasdaq Stock Market under the new name and new stock ticker symbol "GXAI" in January 2024.
The name change was approved at a meeting of the board of directors held on January 05, 2024.
