LONDON, Aug 13 (Reuters) - Laxey Partners has increased its holding in self-storage company Lok'n Store to over 29 percent to make it the firm's biggest shareholder, a statement on Friday showed.
Reuters data showed on Thursday that almost 4.3 million shares had changed hands, driven by a single trade equating to the 15.9 percent stake held by its second biggest shareholder, Audley Capital Partners.
The 4.26 million shares sold were the same number as held by Audley Capital Partners which ranked as the company's second biggest shareholder after Chief Executive Andrew Jacobs.
A holding statement said Laxey Partners now held 29.04 percent.
