* Says secures syndicated loan of 810.5 million euro and $254.7 million ($198.47 million)
* Says loan's first tranche, worth approx 780 million euro, has a 1-year maturity at libor/euribor +130 basis points.
* Second tranche worth approx 220 millon euro has a 2-year maturity at libor/euribor +175 basis points.
