MADRID, Sept 14 (Reuters) - The 8 billion cubic metres per year Medgaz pipeline is due to be ready to begin pumping gas from Algeria to Spain in the final quarter of the year, a spokesman for the consortium said on Tuesday.
In May, then Algerian Energy Minister Chakib Khelil told Reuters the pipeline, which has undergone several delays, would be ready in September.
