DUBLIN, Oct 3 (Reuters) - Irish voters appear to have approved the European Union's reform treaty in a referendum, Foreign Minister Micheal Martin said on Saturday.
'I am delighted for the country. It looks like a convincing win for the 'Yes' side on this occasion,' Martin told national radio the day after the referendum.
