* PPD and Janssen Pharmaceutica collaborate to develop compounds for treatment
of irritable bowel syndrome and bacterial infections
* Says will receive up to $330 million in clinical and sales milestones and
royalties on sales of the compounds
* If Janssen doesnt buy back a program, it will have option to continue
developing, commercializing compound for that program
