MADRID, Jan 29 (Reuters) - Spanish media group Prisa said on Friday Telefonica would buy another one percent of Digital+, raising the telecoms giant's stake in its pay TV unit to 22 percent.
In a brief regulatory filing, Prisa gave no financial details.
