March 10 (Reuters) - Airgas Inc on Wednesday sold
$300 million of notes, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters service.
The deal's size was increased from an originally planned $250 million.
Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Barclays Capital and Goldman Sachs were the active joint bookrunning managers for the sale. Wells Fargo Securities was the passive bookrunning manager for the sale.
