Assicurazioni Generali, Europe's third largest insurer, reported a rise in profit in 2009, but weak non-life operations meant it missed analysts expectations.
INTESA SANPAOLO
The bank has filed for the IPO of its unit Banca Fideuram with market regulator Consob and the Milan stock market.
SMALL AND MID-CAPS
ISAGRO
Revenues wil rise to 210.8 million euros in 2010 and to 287.2 million euros in 2013, the company said on Wednesday. It said dividends are planned to be distributed in 2012, 0.1 euros a share, and 2013, 0.15 euros a share.
