HONG KONG (AFX) - Swire Pacific announced that it is issuing 1.80 bln hkd of 7-year medium-term notes.
The notes bear an interest rate of 4.93 pct, the company said in a statement. HSBC is the bookrunner.
Proceeds will be used for the group's general corporate funding requirements, it said.
The company has also mandated HSBC and Morgan Stanley for a forthcoming 10-year usd bond offering, it said, adding that the offer will be launched following a roadshow in the near future.
