MILAN (AFX) - Investment management company Walter Capital Management LLP had trimmed its Alitalia SpA stake to below the 2 pct disclosure limit on Nov 29, from about 7.3 previously, marker regulator Consob said.
On that day, Morgan Stanley placed a 5.5 pct stake in Alitalia at a price of 0.85 eur per share.
The following week, the government announced plans to sell a controlling stake in the airline.
