OLYMPIA, Wash. (AFX) - Heritage Financial Corp., parent company of Heritage Bank and Central Valley Bank, said Wednesday that director James Senna will step down when his term expires this April.
The company said it has not yet chosen a replacement for Senna, who served on the board of directors since 1976.
Shares of Heritage Financial Corp. fell 41 cents Wednesday to $24.31 in midday trading on the Nasdaq.
