NEW YORK (AP) - Heart device maker Thoratec Corp. said Wednesday it filed its full-year 2006 financial results, and therefore won't have its shares delisted from the Nasdaq Stock Market.
In a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the company said it had received a letter from Nasdaq last month stating that its shares faced possible delisting from the exchange for failing to file its annual report on time.
