MILAN (Thomson Financial) - Gruppo Editoriale L'Espresso SpA said its first-half net profit was 50.0 mln eur compared to 54.8 mln in the same period last year, above a consensus range of 39-42 mln.
L'Espresso said its EBITDA in the first half fell to 122.7 mln eur from 125.8 mln, above the consensus range of 101-107 mln.
EBIT in the period fell to 102.1 mln eur from 105.7 mln, again above a consensus range of 81-87 mln.
