BEIJING (XFN-ASIA) - Skyfame Realty (Holdings) will invest up to 1.7 bln yuan over the next two years to develop two mixed-use property projects in the southern Chinese city of Guangzhou, the South China Morning Post reported, citing the company's financial controller Julia Cheung.
Skyfame is the owner of the five-star Westin Guangzhou hotel, the Hong Kong newspaper added.
