CINCINNATI (AP) - Telecommunications company AT&T Inc. said Monday it has received a new three-year, $1.4 million contract to provide network services to Formica Corp.'s North American and European operations.
Under the agreement, AT&T will provide its Virtual Private Network and Multiprotocol Label Switching services. The network will provide high-speed connectivity among Formica's offices and disaster-recovery capabilities at its data centers. The network also enables the use of Voice over Internet Protocol services.
AT&T shares rose 5 cents to $39.04 in midday trading.
