AMSTERDAM (Thomson Financial) - Euronext Amsterdam said midcap stocks Tele Atlas NV and Corio NV will be promoted to the blue chip AEX index from March 4, as it announced its annual reshuffle of the three main indices.
Arcadis NV, Draka Holding NV, Eurocommercial Properties NV, Imtech NV, VastNed Retail and Wavin NV -- all currently listed on the smallcap AScX index -- and AMG will move up to the midcap AMX index.
Van der Moolen NV will be demoted to the AScX index, joining new arrivals Antonov, Eriks Groep NV, Innoconcepts NV, Kardan NV, Nieuwe Steen Investments, Qurius NV and TKH Groep NV.
Definitive re-weightings across the indices will be determined after the market's close on March 3, but indicative re-weightings issued today show ArcelorMittal NV's weighting gaining to 12.08 pct from 10.82 pct, while Royal Dutch Shell NV's will fall to 15 pct from 18.50 pct.
