LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Murchison United NL said interim loss for the half-year widened but said it expects continued progress at its uranium exploration projects in Guinea and Mauritania and to pursue programmes to add value to its Australian copper project.
The mining company said pretax loss for the half year to Dec 31, 2007 was 628,928 aud compared with 427,805 aud in the year ago period.
