BANGKOK (Thomson Financial) - Thai shares closed higher Friday, little changed from the previous session as investors took profit in major shares, especially in the energy and banking sectors.
Some investors were also concerned about political stability after an anti-government rally was announced for Sunday.
The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) composite index gained 1.05 points or 0.12 percent to close at 875.59 but the blue-chip SET 50 index fell 1.15 points to 631.80.
