KIEV, Oct 21 (Reuters) - Ukraine is capable of repaying all of its foreign debt due in 2009, which will amount to $15 billion, without using International Monetary Fund resources, a top adviser to the central bank told Reuters on Tuesday.
Central Bank adviser Valery Lytvytsky said commercial banks are capable of servicing their debt, especially units of big multinationals which are receiving help from their parent companies.
