DAVOS, Switzerland, Jan 28 (Reuters) - Russian state bank VTB will seek a seat on the board of Norilsk Nickel , backed by its 'significant exposure' to shares in the mining giant, VTB head told Reuters on Wednesday.
'We hope to receive one seat (on the board of Norilsk), since our bank's exposure to Norilsk and its shares is high,' Andrei Kostin, the bank's President and chief executive, said.
'I think the main shareholders will support us.'
