PARIS, March 6 (Reuters) - The board of French bank BNP Paribas was meeting on Friday ahead of a deadline for a possible revised deal with the Belgium state on stricken financial group Fortis, a source close to the bank said on Friday.
'There are many elements on the table for a win-win solution,' the source said, adding there was no deal yet.
Fortis earlier on Friday announced its fourth quarter loss would be one billion euros bigger as it now expects fewer tax deductions for losses on financial instruments.
