* Information on pricing of 4.5 billion crown rights issue due after close of trade on June 22
* Solar module prices for FY 2009 seen down 30 pct vs 2008 avg
* Wafer unit received inquiries from majority of long-term customers over volumes, prices
* No changes in ramp up schedule for Silicon III plant
* Analyst reviews for REC published so far in June reflect weaker solar market and company issues
* Singapore plant seen less costly than earlier envisaged, ramp up to start Q1/Q2 2010
