BRIEF-Delphi says amended liquidity agreement, extended milestones

Aug 28 (Reuters) - Delphi Corp:

* Says on August 26 entered into a further amendment to its existing liquidity

agreement with general motors

* Says extended deadline for Delphi to satisfy certain milestones, which if not

met, would prevent it from continued access to the facility
