LONDON, Sept 1 (Reuters) - IKB Deutsche Industriebank AG plans to issue a three-year benchmark euro bond backed by a government guarantee, IFR reported on Tuesday.
Deutsche Bank, JP MOrgan and Morgan Stanley have been named to manage the triple-A-rated transaction, said IFR Markets, a Thomson Reuters online news and market analysis service.
