UBS
Denis Fabre, Steven Fisch, Les Franks and Holly Sheffield joined the Swiss bank as managing directors in its healthcare banking group.
Fisch, Franks and Sheffield will report to M. Robert DiGia, global head of healthcare banking, and will be based in New York.
Fabre will be based in London and report to Doug McCutcheon, head of healthcare for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) and Asia-Pacific (APAC).
BANK OF AMERICA
The bank named Geri Thomas state president of Georgia and Atlanta market president. Thomas will continue in her role in the company as diversity and inclusion executive as well as consumer and small business banking staffing executive.
NAI GLOBAL
The network of commercial real estate firms promoted Edward Finn to chief operating officer. He will continue to serve as corporate counsel.
JONES LANG LASALLE
The firm appointed Jay Koster as president of its national capital markets group.
PROVIDENCE EQUITY PARTNERS
Citigroup Chairman Richard Parsons joined Providence as a senior adviser. Parsons, 61, will continue to serve as chairman of Citigroup and as a director of Estee Lauder Cos Inc.

The company appointed Terry Edwards as executive vice president, credit portfolio management.
ROTHSCHILD
The financial adviser firm hired Lawrence Portman as managing director and head of consumer products for the Americas. Most recently, Portman, 41, was head of Citigroup's North American food and beverage practice.
WELLS FARGO
Rick Chisholm joined Wells Fargo as a managing director and co-head of the education and nonprofit group, while Frank Farley was appointed managing director and co-head of the Southwest Public Finance team.
MACQUARIE GROUP LTD
Macquarie Group said it named Kalpana Desai, previously with Merrill Lynch, as deputy head of Macquarie Capital Advisers Asia. Desai will be based in Hong Kong.
MACQUARIE CAPITAL
Macquarie Capital said it appointed John Dwyer, previously with Goldman Sachs, as a managing director, to expand its Equity Capital Markets (ECM) team in Europe.
BNP PARIBAS
BNP Paribas Wealth Management said it named Thierry Dana, currently regional manager of Switzerland, Southern Europe and Latin America, as chief executive of BNP Paribas Wealth Management for Hong Kong and North Asia, effective Oct. 1.
