MOSCOW, Sept 17 (Reuters) - Russian services conglomerate Sistema will not buy any assets of Infineon, Germany's largest chip maker, the company's vice president said on Thursday.
'Sistema is not planning to buy Infineon assets, either from its own funds, or borrowed,' Anton Abugov told a press conference.
Abugov said Sistema had been considering buying into an additional share issue of Infineon a few months ago but later decided against such move.
