NEW YORK, Oct 5 (Reuters) - Credit Agricole SA on Monday sold $1.0 billion in perpetual securities.
The securities were priced to yield 8.375 percent until Oct. 13, 2019, after which they float at 698.2 basis points over the three-month London interbank offered rate, according to IFR.
The joint lead managers on the sale were Banc of America Merrill Lynch, Calyon and JP Morgan.
