* Catalyst and Island Co-gen reach arbitration settlement
* Says Co-gen agreed to to eliminate reliance on Catalyst for certain services,
co agreed to cooperate with Co-gen
* Says terminates energy services agreement and all related obligations
including contingent liability
* Says settled arbitration proceeding related to its 20-year energy services
deal with Island Cogeneration
* Agreed to transfer to Co-gen land currently leased by Co-gen upon which its
energy facility is located
