QUITO, Dec 4 (Reuters) - Ecuador had a trade deficit of $451 million in the January-October period, compared to a $1.9 billion surplus in the same period of 2008, the Central Bank said on Friday.
Lower crude revenues and the international economic downturn have hurt the South American nation's trade balance.
