
'Supposedly, Goldman is offering 4.5 million freenet shares at a price of 9.30 euros each,' one of the traders said.
Neither Goldman Sachs nor Freenet were immmediately available for comment.
At 1246 GMT, freenet shares were down 3.6 percent at 9.35 euros, while the German TecDAX index was up 1.8 percent.
