LONDON, Jan 7 (Reuters) - Royal Bank of Scotland and U.S. energy firm Sempra have received a trio of bids each worth about $4 billion for their joint-venture commodities business, a person familiar with the matter said on Thursday.
Deutsche Bank, JPMorgan Chase and Australia's Macquarie were the three remaining suitors for the business, sources told Reuters last month.
They submitted offers under a Wednesday deadline for interest, the source said.
